I have been looking through your site, and am enjoying seeing and reading about the history of Brookfield. I am a bit disappointed that you do not have any information online concerning the Luther Waters Blanchard family, as he lived in Brookfield for nearly all of his life.
His father was Amasa Blanchard of Braintree, and his first wife was Martha Hibbard, and his second Lydia.
According to the 1870 census he owned $5000 worth of real estate, so his farm must have been fairly large. If you have any photos or additional information would you post them on your site concerning this family line. It would be greatly appreciated.
